Every year around fall, we go on a weekend trip woth the whole family. Grandparents, the children, us grandchildren and now also the partners of the grandchildren. It has been a tradition since forever really! I have been dreading going here, coz i felt like i would have massove anxiety attacks, be dizzy on the walks with no escape... But since starting my meds a few weeks ago again, i felt like i could just try. Me and my partner arrived later than the others (massove traffic jam after some accident on the highway) and the first night was rough. The next two days (yesterday and today) we went for some walks with all of us, like we usually do. I was scared of fainting, or my grandpa having heart issues (he had a heart attack 3 weeks ago and had surgery) or my grandma falling and hurting herself. The walks were actually REALLY fun tho! I absolutly LOVE hiking, and it were more hiking trails than walks. A bit hard for my grandparents tho, but we made it as a team. So glad i was able to push through the fear, lightheadedness, anxiety... it was lovely! Tomorrow, we go home. (Picture of me climbing down to have a better view of the waterfall)
