Another win today! The weather is pretty dreary here in NYC with winter approaching so I decided to get out of the house despite it. It's been a while since I've shared Mochi but here he is in his full length jacket. I still caught my brain repeating old narratives and loops about my heart, but I continued walking and I'm proud to be able to recognize that fear isn't me, it's just my brain trying to protect me. Anyways, I hope you all get a chance to spend some time in fresh air today 💜
