Yesterday I went for a walk with my friends and we were going to see the firework show in the night, however I experienced a panic attack while walking and noticed some ectopics. all of this was in silence while walking with my friends, but after a while it stopped and I still enjoyed the evening walk and the firework show while not giving my panic attack that much importance.
