So basically it started 6 months ago I had a very bad panic attack during a bad high and I couldn't go anywhere without having panic attacks, I would have them constantly and I was thought I was going crazy. So I got checked out and I was diagnosed with anxiety panicked solitary, and I was going through episodes of deep personalization derilization. And it was very terrifying because I never experienced it before.I knew as a kiddo is going to anxiety and sleep paralysis/night terrors but totally different subject and I stayed in a mental facility for a week or 2. Just to make sure everything was okay but I couldn't get a job I couldn't even walk outside. I couldn't even get out of my bed without feeling like I'm gonna faint or lose control or have a heart attack or stroke and then I finally started watching you and understood a lot more. And now I can say I'm on a recovery journey and I've came really far from where I was now. I have maintained a decent out of the last dial and I'm getting closer to being normal. But the whole journey was very terrifying and it taught me a lesson. It starts off very disturbing and now it's gotten awfully better
