Today was a lot more calmer in terms of walking and activity, we went to a water park and I stayed in the more quieter areas since these kind of things aren't for me mainly because of how busy they get but since we went earlier we avoided most of the lines and went on most rides before it got near to busy, when it started to get more full I went over to the pool area and chilled in there, which was great! We also went to legoland for dinner, the experience was amazing but I didnt like the food at all but I think thats because of the texture and to me it tasted bland, worth it for the experience though. Seating was quite spaced out and we were in the corner so that was fine for me :) We then explored the rest of lego land and some people brought gifts from the shops, some brought drinks and foods but I just rested since my body was still aching and my voice started to hurt a lot. I went back to googling and falling down a rabbit hole of old safety tools which panicked me a lot, almost to the point of a panic attack but I told the people I was with and they calmed me down before it got worse. There was one bit I completely avoided, and you can see why in the picture, though I did brave it enough to stay there to take the picture! I also used the lifts!! Although they were pretty big lifts, the stairs looked worse and would've made my legs ache worse so I avoided them too which made me face the lifts, I also found that watching those safety videos of lifts and how they work definitely helped, I didnt keep trying to convince myself it was going to harm me and I think that played a decent part in that. My voice still really hurts but im trying to not worry about it and distract myself with other things, im looking after my throat with warm drinks, keeping hydrated, rest when I can and any cough sweets/medicine and I know thats all I can do and i know/really really hope its nothing major Overall: im so glad I braved it onto that plane on day 1 otherwise I wouldn't have got to experience what ive done, although there's been downsides and a lot of anxiety behind every little movement, the positives outweigh those moments by a lot :D
