All of your wins today inspired me to go for a walk when I wouldn't have otherwise. I was out for half an hour, enjoying the sunshine and nature. At first I wasn't going to go, but I pushed myself and I'm really glad I did. Here is a photo of some roses I saw on my path 🌹
