There are strings of internal dialogue that I have every morning, usually in the form of limiting myself: you MUST eat before you walk, if you feel dizzy you MUST stop, you MUST do this before you can XYZ. Today I woke up early and decided to go on a walk anyway despite this inner dialogue. I purposely walked longer than usual and ended up going down streets just to stretch out the time under discomfort and pressure. Despite that, there's something refreshing about wanting to do something and just doing it, no strings, no attachments, no reasoning, just doing. Waking up and doing something as simple as a walk makes me feel like I accomplished something before the day even begins ☀️
