This week has been really hard for me to get through, mainly because of of my main triggers is hest and it's been 28-32°c constantly, at nights the lowest tempurature has been 14°c (which is normally my minimum I can tolerate on a good day) but ive went our for a few of those days, going on very small walks, but a lot of those days I found myself glued to my bed sat in anxiety and sweat. I'm so glad I went on those walks even though they were the complete opposite of enjoyable. However, while I've sat in bed (with my 3 fans attempting to cool me down, which hasnt really helped with my safety behaviours) doing relatively nothing I've had a sudden plan to go to the beach for ,hopefully, the full day but I'm aiming to spend atleast an hour there because this means that there is the 1 hour drive there and 1 hour drive back that I need to manage aswell. Apart of my anxiety really loves me to be planned and ready for anything that comes my way, I think of every possible outcome to any situation (and usually they are bad outcomes) and yes this planning has made me overthink a lot about the trip but it's also made me realise to some extent that I am overthinking it, if that makes sence, whereas before I was sure that the worst was going to happen no matter what. Anyways, I'm going with most of my family so I know if I need to stop or go home I can. I've never liked the beach at all but I used to enjoy the shops and shade while looking at the view as a kid I'll keep you updated and I will still keep an eye out for any wins you post, have a great weekend everyone!!
