I’ve suffered from PD and Agoraphobia since 2016. Didn’t leave the house until 2020 only for doctor appointments and grocery shopping. (Which was still pretty impossible) My symptoms are nausea and vomiting or fear of doing so. As 2022/23 came and went I started moving up to bigger stores. Went from MAYBE a gas station to a CVS, to a Marc’s or Giant Eagle (Ohio stuff), to Goodwills, to Walmarts, and going to my most feared place (the mall) TWICE. When I found out My Chemical Romance was doing a tour of course I said “man that would be a dream”. Little did I know, my sister had got two FREE tickets to their show in Philly and invited me. It was in a STADIUM. With 50,000+ people I’m told. Again the biggest place I’ve been was a Walmart. The drive was fine. Hotels in a different state was whatever. But the train ride there it HIT me. Being at the stadium doubled it. Going IN quadrupled it. Missed the first act because I went to medical. Saw a little over half the MCR set. But I DID IT.
