I managed a full week at my new job and social activities on both Saturday and Sunday out in the hot weather. Usually this would be a guaranteed trip to A&E following a panic attack but I’ve managed to keep them at bay with lorazepam and my coping strategies. Looking forward to keeping the streak going!
