I'mma just cut to the chase (or not 💀). Got checked out, went to the clinic, answered a mental health test while waiting for the Physch to walk in. She asked me questions that were deeper than what I'd expected like "So what are some things you know about ADHD/Anxiety?" or "Are there any disorders you think you might have that isn't ADHD?" which I pointed out GAD (Generalized Anxiety but y'all probably already knew that 😅), SAD (Social Anxiety), and maybe even me being on the spectrum (autism). Two things I wanna point out, my Physch asked something along the lines of, "Do you tend to notice people's face expressions or tone of voice?" in which I replied, "Well, I noticed that when we were talking about (personal stuff), your tone dropped a bit (like a bit more sympathetic you know?) so she was kinda shocked like "Really? Just today?" cause I think she was expecting me to say something from awhile ago. The other thing is something she pointed out to ME. While reviewing what we talked about, she said "I also noticed that you've been rocking back and forth the whole conversation" and I was like "Oh I'm doing that right now?? 💀💀" and then it was my turn to be shocked 😠She asked questions for each of my suspicions (with my mom out the room) and also some other personal questions that I'm not gonna get into and gave me some possiblies. My Physch said that I'm likely to have ADHD, more likely to have SAD rather than GAD, and also (surprisingly cause I thought this would be the least likely) slightly higher chance I have Autism... Uhhhhhh didn't see that one coming 😟💀 Welp, I thought they'd only test me for ADHD but I guess there's was more too it. Anywho, sorry for typing so much uh, uh, uh, buh bye👋
