I've been terrified for 8 years to walk up this step hill that's over 1km and my heart went through the roof. No one around, no where to hide. Had to walk it to get back to my car. Ectopic beats going nuts heart rate silly high, but I'm alive and well and cried after. Keep moving forward peeps
