Facing the heatwave

Instead of hiding away from the heat, yesterday and this morning I was out facing the heat, feeling uncomfortable and the panic sensations, but letting it be and continuing anyway! I even had to run for a couple of minutes very quickly while it was over 34 degrees C. I did have the onset of panic but I was able to not resist it, and continue focusing on the things I was doing!
