Dear all, I want to share that, for the first time in a long while, during a 9-hour drive, I didn’t once think about being near a hospital or worry about needing emergency help. I wasn’t afraid of the trucks passing by, and I enjoyed the music—even though I was sad after saying goodbye to my family in Montenegro. During the week I spent in Montenegro, I felt well. There were moments of anxiety, but I managed to overcome them and not let them overpower me. Today, I experienced a strong panic attack, and I believe it was triggered subconsciously because tomorrow I’m starting a new job that carries a lot of responsibility.
