It is only small but hadn’t been able to leave the house in a week except to walk to the end of the road. Today a good friend kindly collected myself and my two children and we went to her house and sat in her garden for a couple of hours. I felt really overwhelmed and tearful at first to be out the house, but after a while I really enjoyed it 😁
