Today, I gave myself a moment to remember why I keep pushing for so many wins. I had planned to go for a walk, but life had other plans—and instead, I stayed home with my kids. Still, I found time for myself. I gathered all of my comforts (you’ll see them in the photo) and took a bath. In that quiet space, I reflected on where I’ve been, where I am, and where I’m headed. I reminded myself that my children are my reason, my motivation, and my greatest blessing. I gave myself grace, too—because agoraphobia is hard. Just a few months ago, I couldn’t even have a bath. And today? I couldn’t get out of it. I soaked in my journey, discovered a little orb of tranquility, and caught a glimpse of my own strength and perseverance. I may not have gone for that walk, but today was still a win. Even writing this is a win. Today, I was strong.
