Hi everyone. Yesterday I had to take part in a card game tournament but it was 35°C and the location was inside a building without air conditioning and you couldn't breathe. Other times this summer I experienced similar problems although in less extreme situations and there were cases in which I managed to overcome the peaks of anxiety and manage to end the day in the best possible way while other times I totally panicked and they had to take me home because I couldn't drive. Yesterday I felt the anxiety and discomfort of the situation increasing from the moment when there were no places in the shade outside the building and inside it was like an oven. I decided to leave the tournament to go home before the panic broke out and I managed to drive home peacefully (about 25 minutes). What do you think? On the one hand I think it's not a victory because I didn't do what I had planned on the other hand I managed the situation with emotional awareness and managed to drive
