Yesterday someone came to my house and cut my hair , since I’m home bound RN ! I was so so anxious about a new random person being in my safe place , my heart was racing I was dizzy I was about to cancel and tell her not to come ! Then she pulled up and I went outside to greet her and everything was fine ! I sat for 1 hr getting my hair cut ! Through my facial numbing, DP/DR, racing heart . I DID IT !!
