Hey guys! Just wanted to share a win from today. I decided to challenge myself and drive to a beach nearby, which is about 20 minutes away from home (around 15km). Just as I was almost there, the panic hit me hard while I was driving. My chest tightened, my thoughts started racing, and for a moment I felt like stopping and turning back. I felt like I’ll need to call someone for support to come pick me up. However, I kept driving. Little by little, the panic eased. I actually made it to the beach! I drove around for a while, waiting for the anxiety to go away. On the way back, I decided to take another road that’s a bit longer and I had another wave of panic tried to creep in, but this time it was short. This might sound small to some, but for me it’s huge. I believe that maybe the key to resolving all of this is not being afraid of what that panic might do to you!
