I've been avoiding this convo with my boss about an accommodation I'll be getting for panic/agoraphobia at work, but I talked to her yesterday and it went fine and the wheels are in motion. The kind of work I do involves leading meetings and being in situations where it's easy to become overwhelmed in front of people and since I'm leading, how can I possibly escape unnoticed? The accommodation is to allow me to step out and have my panic attack while someone covers. I've got some in person meetings over the next two weeks to test this out so here we go...
