Sorry for the missed updates, this has been really mentally and physically draining for me as its taking huge steps away from home, comfort and feeling of safety in general Day 5: Today we went on a forest walk, it took about a 15 minute walk to the coach and then we sat on there for 1 hour 30minutes to the forest place where we then walked up this huge tower, which went up to 700m high. I didnt make it up the whole thing, but went about half way up with a carer who is a lot like me and we have a lot of similar mental health triggers, one of them being heights, and she's a lot less anxious than me since she knows how to manage it well. However im so proud of us both that we made it up as far as we went since i thought we weren't going to do it at all! I have this slight deep feelings that they are getting sick of me complaining about my throat, they said hey might have to get a doctor which sent me into a panic attack a little later. We also went back on a coach for another 1hour 30 minutes to get back to the hotel and on the way there and back I got a little dizzy nearer towards the end which kinda freaked me out but I got through it and im ok!! Day 6: The rest of my group were so happy about today since we were shopping, in a really busy city with loads of people and a literal nightmare to get around. While they went shopping for about 3 hours, I sat down in a quieter area and ate my lunch then listened to music and chilled (and I must say that music by weeknd, the killers and nirvana have been my main go-to artists to listen to throughout this whole trip) the food was alright and I didnt worry as much today My legs are literally about to fall off and we got medicine for my throat!! They said we might have to go to a doctor if it doesn't get better and that set off a panic attack later in the night but thankfully only a small one Day 7: Another themepark!! This one was actually pure awesomeness and I personally really love haunted houses and the actors in this one were really good!! Their makeup was awesome too!! Thats one of the only things I did here but it was awesome, i literally knew he workers and actors inside once I finished with the day since we spent the whole day in the theme park. There were some times at the beginning where I was panicking a little since it was the first times going through, and one of them broke character to help me and reassure me, they were really lovely once they arent terrifying you, they also called me funny and I ended up getting the nickname of "collapsible girl" since when I got scared I always threw myself to the floor and screamed (yes I have bruises everywhere) but his was the best day, loved it and would do it again any day with those workers on shift!! Thanks for reading this all the way if you've made it this far, and its understandable if you haven't since this is SO long! There's a lot more i could've fit in because there's so much to say but these were the main bits
