This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to change your choices. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice, which covers everything else we do with personal data.
The short version
We use a small number of cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep your account secure. Those are always on, because the site does not work without them.
Everything else — understanding how the site is used, and measuring whether our advertising works — is off until you say otherwise. Nothing optional runs while the banner is unanswered, and refusing takes exactly as many clicks as accepting.
What we use, and why

These do not need your consent under the law, because you asked for the service and they are what delivers it. We do not use them to build a picture of you.
Understanding how the site is used — off unless you agree
Which pages people visit, what is slow, and where things break, so we can fix them. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell or share it.
Measuring our advertising — off unless you agree
Whether somebody who saw an advert went on to join. This uses Meta's conversion measurement. Turning it off does not mean you see more or fewer adverts elsewhere; it means we do not learn whether ours worked.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or in the menu. Your choice takes effect immediately and applies from that moment — anything already loaded in the current page stays until you reload.
If you clear your browser storage, we will ask again, because your answer is stored in your browser.
If you have an account, we also record your choice against it: what you chose, when, and which version of this policy was on screen at the time. That is how we can show your consent was given rather than assumed. If you are not signed in, your choice stays in your browser only — we do not create an identifier for you in order to record that you declined to be identified.
Cookies we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies that follow you across other websites, and we do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
Some things you use through Anxiety Fitness are provided by others — video playback, live chat, payments — and they set their own cookies when you use those parts of the service. They are listed as processors in our Privacy Notice, and each is bound by contract to use that data only for the service they provide to us.
