End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Anxiety Fitness platform (the "Service"), operated by PFRJ Limited, Company Number 11629871, registered at Soho Works, 180 Strand, London, United Kingdom, WC2R 1EA ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not sublicense, sell, or modify the Service.
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulations.
  • Access to certain features may require a paid subscription processed securely via Stripe.

4. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

By participating in the Service (including posting comments, messages, or other content), you agree to:

  • Be respectful and supportive of others. Disrespectful, harassing, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Not post content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal.
  • Not post personal health, medical, or private information about yourself or others.
  • Not use the Service to advertise or solicit goods, services, or other commercial activities without our permission.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content or accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Vercel (hosting), Firebase (authentication and database), Sanity.io (content management), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
