Eligibility and age requirements

  • Minimum age to join Anxiety Fitness as a member is 13.
  • Minimum age for professional accounts is 18.
  • Minimum age for organization account representatives is 18.

Anxiety Fitness may require additional verification where needed and may suspend or remove access if eligibility details are inaccurate.

Platform boundaries

No one-to-one therapy, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, or individualized clinical recommendations may be delivered on-platform (including Rooms, chat, comments, DMs, product content, or workshops).

Platform content must remain educational, informational, and community-oriented. Members needing personal clinical care should be directed to licensed local services.

Clinical and advertising claim standards

  • No cure claims, guaranteed outcomes, or misleading efficacy statements.
  • No individualized treatment instructions, medication guidance, or diagnostic advice.
  • No false credential claims, false endorsements, or unverifiable professional representations.
  • Any health or wellbeing claim must be responsible, contextualized, and evidence-aligned.

Content responsibility and ownership

You are solely responsible for the content you create, publish, host, or distribute through the platform, including compliance with applicable laws, licensing rules, professional standards, and advertising standards.

You retain 100% ownership of your original content uploaded to Anxiety Fitness. You grant Anxiety Fitness only the permissions needed to host, display, distribute, and operate that content on the platform.

Safety and conduct

You must not make guarantees of outcomes, encourage unsafe behavior, or provide instructions that could reasonably cause harm.

You must escalate acute-risk content to emergency pathways and follow the platform safeguarding protocol.

Read the protocol: Safeguarding Protocol.

Review, moderation, and cooperation requirements

  • Products and monetized content may be reviewed before or after publication.
  • You must provide accurate information for verification, payout, and compliance checks.
  • You must cooperate promptly with moderation, legal, and safety requests, including edits, removals, or evidence requests.
  • You must not evade moderation actions by re-uploading removed content or using alternate listings to bypass restrictions.

Verification and compliance

For professional approval, you must provide verifiable registration or licensure with a recognized regulator, state board, or professional body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, state licensure is required.

In less-regulated jurisdictions, Anxiety Fitness may allow exceptions based on documented education, supervised training, and qualifications where registry infrastructure is limited.

Professional status can be limited, suspended, or removed if verification is incomplete, information is inaccurate, or platform safety rules are breached.

Anxiety Fitness may reject, unlist, archive, or remove content; disable monetization features; restrict account privileges; suspend creator/professional status; or permanently remove access for serious or repeated violations.

Creator monetization and payment boundaries

Monetization on Anxiety Fitness is only for creator-owned content and services presented through specific platform listings (for example room seats and marketplace products).

  • All paid transactions must map to a specific room or product context.
  • No peer-to-peer money transfer, remittance, or personal money passing is allowed.
  • No use of the platform as a money transmission service or funds pass-through for third parties.
  • No cash-equivalent sales or disguised financial transfer activity.
  • Tips must be contextual to the room/product experience. Charitable donation language or fundraising claims may only be used where lawful and approved by platform policy.

Space subscription requirements

If you offer paid space subscriptions, you must comply with platform subscription rules and applicable Stripe recurring-billing requirements.

  • Subscription plans must be tied to specific space access/benefits and not used as a money-transfer mechanism.
  • You must provide accurate plan terms: price, billing interval, renewal behavior, and cancellation policy.
  • If trials or promotional pricing are offered, disclosures and cancellation information must remain clear and prominent.
  • You must honor cancellations promptly and not obstruct customer cancellation or billing-management rights.
  • You must maintain lawful, policy-compliant content and may not use subscriptions for prohibited/restricted business activity.
