Overview
How professional approval and evidence-aligned content review works on Anxiety Fitness.
What we accept (high level)
Anxiety Fitness accepts evidence-informed mental health education grounded in established approaches (such as CBT- and ACT-informed principles) and reviewed by licensed or registered professionals.
Professional profile information on Anxiety Fitness is provided by participating professionals and organisations. When a profile is marked verified, Anxiety Fitness has checked the following:
- The professional or organisation name and contact details.
- That the primary professional credential is valid, such as a licence, accredited professional body membership, or relevant training and experience.
- That we are not aware of strictures that prevent the professional or organisation from practising or participating professionally.
Anxiety Fitness verifies this information when a professional or organisation is initially approved, and makes ongoing efforts to keep credential information accurate. You should still check a professional's qualifications before engaging their services.
Professional Application Policy
Professional profile information is provided by participating professionals and organisations. Applicants must provide enough information for Anxiety Fitness to check identity, contact details, and the primary credential they use to present themselves professionally.
Credential evidence may include active licensure, accredited professional body membership, or relevant training and experience, depending on the professional role and jurisdiction.
We review for verifiability, safety, and platform fit.
