Professional Review Standards

How professional approval and evidence-aligned content review works on Anxiety Fitness.

What we accept (high level)

Anxiety Fitness accepts evidence-informed mental health education grounded in established approaches (such as CBT- and ACT-informed principles) and reviewed by licensed or registered professionals.

Professional approval is based on verifiable registration or licensure with recognized regulators, state boards, or professional bodies in the practitioner's jurisdiction.

Professional Application Policy

In the United States, practitioners must hold active state licensure with the relevant board. In other countries, practitioners must have verifiable registration, licensure, or recognized professional body membership in their jurisdiction.

In less-regulated regions, we may approve on an exception basis using documented education, supervised training, and qualifications where independent registry checks are limited.

We review for verifiability, safety, and platform fit.
