Anxiety Fitness Social Content Standard
Standard for off-platform social and editorial content published by Anxiety Fitness and affiliated channels.
Last updated: April 3, 2026
Scope
This standard applies to AF-owned and AF-affiliated external channels and publications (for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and blog content).
This page is not the on-platform moderation policy for rooms, products, spaces, or subscriptions.
Core editorial standard
- Educational and informational, not individualized treatment.
- Evidence-aligned and clinically responsible where health claims are made.
- Safety-boundaried, respectful, and non-stigmatizing language.
- No cure guarantees, no overpromising, no false urgency.
Red flags (flag, revise, reject)
- Clinical overreach, diagnosis-like statements, or treatment directives.
- Medication advice, medication-change guidance, or unsafe exposure framing.
- Illegal, deceptive, or policy-restricted claims or calls to action.
- Crisis-sensitive topics without clear emergency signposting.
- Any content implying social posts replace medical care or therapy.
Review process
Content is reviewed by licensed or registered professionals within the Anxiety Fitness team using quality, safety, and claims-risk checks.
Higher-risk topics are prioritized for deeper review and correction if needed.
